Return Policy

All returns are for Hey Lovely Boutique store credit ONLY.  

All returns and exchanges must be made 7 days after delivery date or your item will not be refunded. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without the original tags, markings, damages, or any sign of wearing. Your refund will be through store credit with shipping cost deducted. Summer sale, sale items. discounted items. final sale items, mystery bundle or grab bags, accessories and car freshies are not eligible for refund or exchange. All sale items are FINAL SALE. 

We don't accept returns or exchanges on any international orders. We are not responsible for any lost packages during the international shipping process. Once the international order is shipped and scanned by mail carrier, we are no longer responsible.

 

How to make a return:

1. Please make sure your return meets all the return criteria stated above. Please note that all summer items, and sale items are not eligible for return.

2. Email us your order number and the reason for your return.

3. We will send you a pre-paid label (deducted from your shipping cost), and you will receive online store credit via email. Please expect a 1-2 day complete return process.
